We worship an Audience of One:
While worship should always inspire the worshiper with a sense of God's presence and new insight for living,
our greatest purpose is to be a blessing to God through our songs of praise and attentiveness to His instruction.
The great thing about worshiping God with our best is that God has only the best to give in return.
We communicate a Faith That Makes Sense:
The beauty of the Bible is that it is relevant for every time, place, and people. Our preaching is purposely
relational and practical, intending to address the nitty gritty reality of everyday living with the awesome inspiration
of God's Word. That's why many of our sermon titles will begin with the words "How to...". We believe that God is
honored best when His Word is clearly understood and readily practiced.
We celebrate with an Animated Worship Voice:
While we honor the hymns of the past, we major in contemporary music. The message of all Christian music
should honor the timeless truths of the Bible, but there are all kinds of styles needed to reach a wide range of
people. At New Horizons we have chosen to use current contemporary forms to reach emerging generations.
You’ll celebrate with music sung by Sonic Flood, Michael W. Smith, Rebecca St James, Third Day, and many
other Christian artists.
